Per Capezio : Begin a half size up from street shoe size. For a tighter fit, begin at street shoe size.
Per Demetria's Staff with narrow and average to wide feet - We agree with the Capezio sizing if you want your toes to be hanging slightly over the edge. For sizing with toes just at the end of the shoe, 1 size up from street shoe. The medium width fits narrow to average feet well due to the adjustable lace up styling. Average to wide will need the wide width. The mesh is very soft, the arch is truly supporting for high arches and the shoe is very secure.
