Pointe Shoes

Pointe shoes from makers - Bloch, Capezio and Nikolay. Note: You should already be in a pre-pointe class and have approval from your dance teacher before purchasing pointe shoes. We care about your body and foot health!

Please allow 1 hour for a first pointe shoe fitting or refitting(changing to a new style of pointe shoes). We access your toe shape, foot shape, arch, heel size/shape/depth and foot length when fitting you for your pointe shoes whether it is your first pair or you are a seasoned pointe dancer. Toe pads and cushioning are an important part of wearing pointe shoes and should provide protection and shock absorption but still allow you to feel the floor.

We offer a sewing service($20) for pointe shoe elastic and ribbon, if needed. Plus, examples of sewn pointe shoe ribbons and elastics for the adventurous dancer that wants to learn an important skill for a pointe dancer. If you can sew on a button, you can sew your own pointe shoe ribbon and elastic!
